Police report for the month of July present and filed. Delegation from the east hill present protesting I'Mink Farms" and sluter houses in the city limits , matter refered to H & S Co for investigation & report. Deeds orderded issued to G . Y. Oldenburg for lots 22-25 & 30 , block 3 , NOrth Park Add . .:or Y150 .00 , and to F. J. Schallus for the west 45 . 21 feet , more or less , of lot 9 , of Nadens unrecorded Flat , for Y125 .00 ,to be delivered when the money is paid. The Clerk was instructed to notify Libby, McNeil & Libby to refrain from dumping refues from their plant on the City's dump. Pv1atter of r :nual of the sewer on vest Highway refered to the Sewer Committee , with power to act. I Franchise Ordinance Pdo. 714, Granting to the U. S. Department of the Interior the right to cross power lines over the City' s ater mains , was read the second time and upon motion placed on its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present. Upon motion motion it was decided that the crew men working for the city should get 570 per hour and the foreman $150.00 per month , beginning with the first of August.
