Regular meeting of the City Council; present Councilmen Dunba ,
Neden, Sells , Shoff gnd Thompson. Mayor protem,Dunbar ,presiding
Linutes of the meeting of July 7 , last , read and approved.
Clerks Deport , Treasurers report and budget report , for June ,
presented and filed.
A comunication from Libby & McNeil , requesting that their. Wat-
chmen be Deputised , was upon motion refered to the Police Commi-
tte with power to act.
ORDINANCE NO. 714, granting to the U. S. Dept. of the Interio ,
permission to cross our water line , was read and refered to the
'.dater Committee for report at next meeting.
Neater of repares to the light system on Central , north of
Meeker , refered to the Light Committee .
Upon motion the Contractor was directed to proceed with the
drainage work on No. Central.
Meter of the regulation of the garbage dump was refered to th
Sewer Committee and the City Bitty.
