P.,ayor & Clerk directed to sign deed to part of lot 1 , block
1 , City View Add. to Kent , to Mr. Oldenburg upon payment of
$150.00 , the purchase price.
City Atty. read letter from the Bonneville Atty. refusing
our claim for damage to the vif-titer main from blasting.
An old judgement in favor of the City against H. L. Bradley
as Executor of the J. T. Bradley Estate was upon motion release
I-Ions Rod reported upon the 77. 7. Convention recently held in
