Annual report of the Library Board and the report of the
T3olice Department for January, presneted and filed.
Water Committee recomended the renewal of pipe on Scenic
Hill ; matter refered back for further investiation.
Emergency Ordinance No. 712 , -alary of i)eputy Treasurer was
'read for the second time and upon motion placed upon its final
passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Council-
men present .
A resolution making recomendation for the mark6ting of the
Columbia River Power was read and laid over to next meeting.
