Regural meeting of the City Council ; present Mayor Wooden and
Councilmen Barnes , Naden, Shoff and Thompson; Councilman Morrill
coming in later.
Minutes of the meeting of November 18th. , last, read and appro
ved. Police report for November presented and filed.
Upon motion the matter of drain on Hazel street was posponed
to next meeting for further investigation.
Comutiication read from Assn. of bVash. Cities and refered tothe
finance Committee for report at the next meeting.
RESOLUTION No. 232 , setting aside money in the Street Fund,was
read and adopted.
ORDIILNCE No. 710 , declaring an emergency and appropriating
$225.00 for the Park Fund, was read and upon motion placed upon
its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of
the Councilmen present.
The Mayor apointed a "Home Defence Council" consisting of the
following , Councilman Thompson, Chief of Police Imhoff, Fire
Chief, Bridges , Mons Rod , Harry Hill and Kenneth Swain.
Upon motion it was decided to donate tiie sum of $50.00 to the
Holliday Decorations Committee , to buy decorations with. _
The Fire Chief wos given authority to purchase 400 feet of Fir
Hose.
