Regular meeting of he City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Council .Barnes , Dunbar , Tv"orrill , Naden, Sells , Shoff and
Thompson.
Minutes of the last regular meeting , Nov. 4th. , last , was
read and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report and Budget report for
the month of October , presented and filed.
Police Committee reported progress on new Police Car, no
recomendation, and upon motion to accept the lowest bid, it be-
ing a Ford Sedan at $636 .00 , the vote on roll call resulted as
follwws: Councilmen Dunbar, Naden , Sells & Thompson voting"Aye"
and Councilmen Morrill and Shoff voting "Nall; Councilman Barnes
excused from voting.
Upon motion the Street Committee was instructed to have
walks and street intersections fixed up at various places around!
town, whear in a dangerous condition.
Emergency Ordinance No. 710 , providing more money for the
park upkeep, was read and ordered printed , with notice of hear-
ing date set at December 2nd. next.
A Quit Claim Deed was ordered signed by the Mayor & Clerk
to mr. R. Hurt , for lots 6 & 7 , block 2 , W. C . I. Co' s First
Addition to Kent , to clear title .
