July 16 , 1940.
Adjurned meeting of the City Council.
Meeting w^^ (7,Q]_.led .tr) nrder at 7 , P.M. , as per vote of the
Council at the close of'.the meeting last evening.
Ordinance No . 705 , fixing the rates and minimums of water
furnished by the City of Kent and repealing Section 2 of Ordi-
nance number- 693 , relating to water regulations, was read and
upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the
unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.
Ordinance No. 706 , regulating games of skill within the
City of Kent and repealing Section 7 of Ordinance No. 686 of
the ordinances of the City of Kent , relating to ordinances,
was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and
carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.
No further business appearing the meeting , upon motion,
did then adjurn.
