and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , Naden, Sells , Shoff & Thompson.
Minutes of the meeting of June 17th . ,last , read & approved.
Police report for June , presented , read and filed.
RESOLUTION No. 227 , Thanking the City of Auburn for the use
of their blue-prints , in the building of our new 3000000 gal.
reservoir , was read and adopted unanimously.
Drainage Committee reported on drain at State & Gowe , recom-
ending that the city furnish the material and the property owne s
furnish the labor; recomendation adopted by vote of the council.
The Building Committee recomended the employment of a janito ,
at a salary of $$40.00 per month , he to sleep in the building &
be classed as a paid fireman, recomendation adopted unanimous.
The Plater Committee was directed to investigate the matter
of cleaning out Conventton Creek.
Upon motion it was decided to use cedar posts , from the spri-
ngs , in fencing the north reservoir.
