Minutes of the meeting of Feb . 5 lost read and gp:-)roved .
Clerks report , Treasurers report ., Library report and -biadget
report , presented and filed .
Ordinance No . 703, fixing speed limits for Ry. Trains , read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by
the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.
Resolution No. 225 , designation of the City Official Paper ,
was read and adopted by unanimous vote .
Upon motion the Yayor & Clark were directed to sign deed to
Ithe Comunity Center property in favor of Y. Bauer , he having
finished paying for the same .
Matter of the disposal of the garbage from Libby 'YoNeal was
refered to Councilman Barnes.
The water pipe on No. Central , south of Smith t. was upon
I motion, ordered replaced , where in bad condition.
