Regular meeting of the City Council ; present Mayor Wooden [and Councilmen Barnes , Morrill , Nadcn, Sells , Shoff & Thompson. Minutes of the meeting of January 15 , last , read & Appdoved. Anual report of the Police & Fire Departments was presented , read and filed . Coil-'unication read from TT.P. Agent , reguarding ordinance lim- inating speed of trains , and refered to City Atty. with instruc- tions to prepare an appezi:ixg ordinance , repealing the same. RESOLUTION No. 224, calling for payment �88,000.00 in 'dater refunding bonds , was read and passed by unanimous vote of the Council. ORDINANCE No. 702 , providing for the issue of $88,000.00 in Plater Revenue Refunding Bonds , was read and upon motion Placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen Present.
