Kent , Washington, December 4, 1939.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden and
Councilmen Denbar , Naden, Sells & Thompson.
Minutes of the last regular meeting read and approved .

Comunication read from the Central Labor Council of Renton
and the Clerk directed to acknowledge the some.
The Kent Commercial Club requested a donation to the Christmas
decoration fund -end upon motion the amount of $50 .00 was allowed
The Engineering Dept . were directed to have the cedar posts ,
required for the reservoir fence , cut out at the headworks , on
the City property.
Upon motion it was decided that the reservoir fence be built
of No. 9 and 11 heavy mesh wire , six feet high , with 4 barbed
wire at the tpp and one at the bottom.
