Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden &
Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar, Morrill, Naden, Sells , Shoff& Thompso .
Minutes of the last regular meeting , Oct. 2 , last , read and
approved.
Clerks report , Treasurs report and the Budget report for the
month of September, presented and filed.
Sewer Committee and the Water Committee reported progress on
matters refered to them at the last meeting.
Upon motion the Hall Committee was empowered to proceed with
the regiring of the City Hall, under the conditions set fourth
in the records of last meeting.
Upon motion the Mayor and Clerk were directed to sign a deed
to a part of lot 9 , Nedens Unrecorded plat , sold to Mr. Walter
Rott, for t100.00.
It was directed that a letter be writ/en to the Department
of Highways , urging the elimination of the grede crossing at
The intersection of the High Line & Kent-DesMoines Highway.
