Regular meeting of the City Council; ,present Mayor 17ooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , Morrill , Naden, Seils , Shoff &
Thompson.
Minutes of September 5 , , last , read and approved .
Clerks Report , Treasurers report and the Budget report, for
the month of August , presented and filed,.
Comunication in reguard to dater rates , read from the East
Hill Water Company, and upon motion laid on the Table.
Clerk instructed to write to the N. 1V. Land Co. , giving
our consent to an easement for Co. road out by Rock Creek.
The Engineer was instructed to get paper to cover the slo-
pes of the reservoir , for protection from bad weather.
Safeway Store ' request for permit to sell Bear & "Tine by
package was refused by vote of the Council.
