Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor "ooden &
Councilmen Dunbar , Morrill Naden, Sells , Shoff & Thompson.
Minutes of the last regular meeting , August 21 , last , read
and approved.
Fire Committee reported , recomending the purchase of a new
Fire '='ruck as soon as the money is available. j
'pater Committee recomended that %"ons f,od be reimbursed 650.OJ
for his old car, traided in on the pickup truck.
Option to a part of the canyon park property,xjmXMXXXRXgg,
'Vhen and if $10 .00 has been paid , as down payment , was ordered
given to j3oy ,V. Rugg.
Tentative budget for 1940 was presented , ordered printed &
time set for hearing as 2nd . of October , next. '
Upon motion the Council gent on record as being in favor of
the Cycle Club movement and of being willing to help it along
in any practicable way possible .
