Regular meeting of .he City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Dunbar , yorrill $ Sells , Shoff & Thompson.
Minutes of the meeting of July 3d. , last , read & Approved .
Clerks report , Treasurers' report & Budget report for June ,
presented and filed.
Upon motion a request to be allowed to take water from the
overflow at the springs was denied .
Ordinance No. 697 , vacating Calhoun May , was read and upon
motion, placed upon its final passage and carried by the unani-
mous vote of all of the Councilmen present , except that Coun-
cilman Dunbarrefrained from voting , as being an interested part .
Mons Rod reported progress on the repair of the small reser-
voir , on the north hill.
