Kent, Tashin-ton, July 3, 1939
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Dunbar , Naden, Sells , Shoff and Thompson.
Minutes of the meeting of June 19, last read and approved .
Comunications read from State Examiner and from Department
Of Conservation & Development , and filed.
Several bids for material for the new reservoir, opened
and refered to the water Committee .
Matter of the purchase of Badger Meters re.fered to the
'dater Committee , for investigation.
Upon motion it was decided to take (2) , one half page of
the special eddition of the News-Journal , to advertise Kent.
