Regular meeting of The Cit Council:present, Mayor Wooden,
Councilmen Barnes,Dunbar ,Morrill,Naden, Sells, Shoff,& Thompson.
Minutes of June 5th.read and Approved.
Mr.McMillan submitted prices on striping streets at 6ne cent
per foot,and curbs at lf/ and fire hydrants at . 35)d each.
Motion was made to have the police committee investicate
prices' on painting street lines,and report at the next regular
meeting.
City Engineer reported on his interview with the State Dept.
on Rock Creek,and leting The Dannvtlle Coal Co. use a portion
of the water , . The State requested that the fee of $30.00 be
paid by the City, to keep their rights,for the next eight years.
Motion was made and passed that the City pay the $30.00 to
the State for the water rights.
Motion was made to adopt the resolution,as of vacating
Calhoun Way.and ordered the Mayor & Clerk to sign same.
Motion was made to approve Mr. Trelstads easment for pipe
line , ,and passed.

bids for all material to be used in new resvoire.
