Minutes of last regular meeting , April 3, last , read and approved . Clerks report, Treasurer ' report and the Budget report for the month of March , presented and filed. 5 bids were opened for 'street grader and upon motion refered to the Street Committee , with power to act.- Matter of water and sewer for the CO-OP canery was refered to a Committee of the Whole Council , with power to act. Upon motion the Engineer was instruced to proceed with First street , Boyker and Berlin $mk$ WPA jobs in the order named. Upon motion the Fire Dept. wes given authority to purchase 400 feet of fire hose. Engineer and Attorney directed to establish lines and clear title to Hazel street and Calhoua Way.
