Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , ,laden, ells , Shoff and Thompson.
Minutes of the meeting of K-rch 6 , last , read and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report and Budget report presented
and filed .
Upon motion the retlfi.cation of lots 1 , block 1 , Clarks 1st.
to I;ent , and sale of approx.the south ! of the same lot to Mr.
Harold Hayes for $50 .00 , �!,,as had , and the Mayor and Clerk were
dirctedto sign deeds to lots 23-24-&-25 and the south 1 of lot
26 , block 1, Clarks First to Kent , to 114r. Bert Boyd and also
lots 1 & 2 , block 4 , Clarks First , to 1v1r. Ads Taylor for g108.4
Comunication read from Mr. L. F. Adams for permission to ram
water from the overflow at the springs , refered to the ;"dater Co .
for investigation & report.
Petition, signed by nearly 100 , read requesting the City to
pass ano ordinance prohibiting the employment of outside labor
and taken under advisement.
Upon motion the week of April 16 to 15 was set aside as Clea
up: week. J
A check for '5 .00 was directed to be sent to the Assn.of !°
