Clerks report and the Treasurer ' report , for the month of Dec .
were presented and filed.
Ordinance No . 696 , Vacating portions of Second Avenue and
Clowdy Street , i# the 'North Park Addition, vies read and upon matio
motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous
vote of all of the Councilmen present .
Matter of water service on the Tuck Mullin place , was upon
motion, refered to the "rater Committee , with power to act.
A motion was made & seconded that the City Council pass a
resolution, directed to the Lrgislator and asking that Cities
be eliminated , except upon request , from the provisions of the
Power District Act , and that the same be forwarded after due
investigation; the motion was carried.
