Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden and
Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , Miller , Nadrn, Sells , Shoff & Thompso
Mlinutes -of the regular meeting of November 21 , last , read and
approved.
Street Committee reported progress on Street grading.
Fire Dept. requested the apointment of ',Villiam Thoday as a
regular Fireman, Request granted.
Bids for the repaare of pavement of First Street opened from

N.'V.Precote , Inc. , Asphalt Concrete , $313 for 3' & $632. for &' ;
Concrete Const. Co. , Concrete , $324.00 for 3' & $630.00 for 71 .
Action defered.
Letter read from Mr. T. P. Downs , complimenting the City of it
Police Fource , and filed.
Upon motion the Mayor & Clerk were directed to sign petition
for vacation of portions of Second St. No. & Cloudy St.
RESOLUTION No. 120 , setting time for hearing on petition to
vacate portions of Second St. No . & Cloudy St . , adppted & Filed.
Upon motion the Building Committee were given authority to hav
the Library rewired and lighted.
By recomendation of the City Engineer and the City Attorney ,
the discription of the new reservoir site was accepted as being
along the existing fence lines , the same to be the property line
The Mayor and Clerk were , upon motion, directed to sign a new
WPA progect for street work.
