Minutes of the last regular meeting , Sept. 19th. , last ,
read and approved .
Comunication read from Mr . B. F. Coleman, in regulad to
part of lot on James Street for Right-ofWay.
Ordinance No. 694 read and up6n motion placed upon its
final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the
Councilmen present.
Ordinance No. 695 , fixing tax levy for the year 1939 , was
read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carri-
ed by the unanimous vote 'of all of the Councilmen present.
Matter of a new water line on VanDeVe nter street was ref-
eyed to the Water Committee , with power to act .
