Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden &
Countilmen Dunbar , Miller , Naden, Sells , Shoff & Thompson.
Minutes of the last regular meeting , August 15 , last , was
read and approved.

refered to the Street Committee , Police Committee , the Chief Of
the F. D. and the Chief of :tha Police.
Committee on reservoir site re�erec/omendation
ecomending the purchas
2 acres from Mr. Trelstad , upon was adopted
and the two acres was ordered purchased .
J. R. Anderson was , upon motion, ordered paid $5.00 for his
work on the trafic signal.
Comunication was read from Mrs. Lewis requesting that the
alley through block 20 , 7T.C.I.C. First be opened for trafic;
refered to the Street Committee.
The Mayor & Clerk were directed to sign deeds as follows:
To R. E. Davis , lots 21 & 22 , block 1 , Clarks First for $150.00,
James N. Tippet & Lilly E. Tippit, lot 13 , block 19 , W.C.I .Co'
First for $50 .00 . C. H. Swansen, lot 7 , block 1 , Clarks Sec. ,
for $100.00 and Charles Bolle, lots 16 ,17,181 & 20 , block 5 ,
North Park, for $260.00.
Tentative budgit for 1939 was presented and accepted , as is.
Matter of new water mains on Saar street was refered to the
Water Committee , with power to act.
