Regular meeting of the City Council :present ,Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen,Dunber,bliller,Naden,Sells ,& Thompson.
Minutes of the last regular meeting ,May 16 ,last ,read and
approved.
An ordinance fixing the price ,and regulating the use of
water,and repealing Sections land 4 of Oddiannee No.688,was
rea4and upon motion and past by unanimous vote of the council-
men present.
Resolution No.118 regarding a new side walk on the north sid
of Gowe street,between 4th Ave.and 6th Ave ,was read and passed.
Mr.Naden reported on Lots,14,15 ,16 ,Block 7 ,W.C.I.Co.and
Lots 19& 20 Block 1 Clark' s First Add.to have a deed drawn up fo
same.
Motion was made and passed ,as to the faulty sewer in the al 'ey
between,Central and Railroad Ave.extending from Smith St.North
to Pioneer.for the Engineer to draw up a set of plans,to let a
bid the first meeting in July.
Mons Rod made a very interesting report on the Water Works
Convention that he attende in Spokane .
The Mayor recommened that Pearl Rader be reappointed to a five
year term,on the Library Board ,a motion was made and was unan-
imously passed by the Council.
