Minutes of the meeting of February 21, last , read and appro
ved.
Water Com. , Building Com. & Sewer Com. reported progress.
Mayor & Clerk Directed to sign deeds to Mr. & Mrs. Hogge ,
for lots 29 & 30 , Blk. 4, North Park Add . for $120.00.
Finance Committee was authorized , in their discreation, to
bid in lots at the Co. sale , in which the City is interested.
Meter of light and light pole at Shinn St. & W. Highway
left to the light Committee , with power to act.
City Ettorney directed to draw Franchise Ordinance under
the approval and at the direction of the Engineer & St. Com.
City Attorney directed to procure a search of title for
the Right-of-Way to the extention of James Street East.
Ui)on motion a garbage cart was ordered purchased to the
street sweeper.
