Clerk' s report , Treasurer( s report and the Budget report ,
for January, presented and filed .
Ordinance No. 688, regulating the use and price of water ,
was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and
carried .by .the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.
Mr. Clark presented a profile and made report on the exten-
tion of James street Eastq to City Limits.
Engineerixg .reported on trip to Olympia in reguard to water
supply syatem.
Water Committee was authorized to look into the purchase
of a Pipe Pusher for purchase , with power to act.
