Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar, Miller, Naden, Sells , & Thompsoni Minutes of the previous meeting, Jan. 3rd. last, read and approved. Clerks report and the Treasurer' report for the month of December , presented and filed . Roy Mayor & Clerk authorized to sign deeds to/Mc Hugo for lots 9-10-11 , blk. 1 , Clarks Second Add . to Kent,on p8ymt. of $350.0 Street Committee reported progreds on street work and Con- dition Funds. . BONDS There being $391,94 in L.I.D.Fund No. 216, and the District all cleaned up and bonds No. 25-26-27 and 28 being yet out and belonging to belonging to the Special Water Bond Fund, they wer ordered cancled and the money in the rfund transfered to the S.
