Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden and
Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , Miller , Hardy, Naden , Sells & Thompso I i.
11,iinutes of the meeting of August 16th. ,last , read & approved.
Ordinance No. 6?9 , adopting a City Seal , was read and upon
motion placed upon its final passage and carried unanimously,
6 Contract with ri. Schram, for impounding dogs , was read and ad-
opted and the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign the same.
Upon recomendation of the Water . Committee a 4" water main
was authorized on Harrison Street , between Fourth Avenue and
Sixth Street and the matter left to the v'ater Committee with
power to act.
