and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , •Miller , Naden, Sells & Thompson.

Minutes of the .last regular meeting, July 19 , last , read and
approved.
Councilman Miller .reported progress on new water ordinance ,
Councilman Dunbar on Street work and Councilman Thompson on
Garbage Dump.
Comunication read from Mr. .Moore on condition of streets ,
no, action.
Ordinance No. 678, declaring an Emergency and approprating
$450.00 for, the Police Department, was read and upon motion
placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous
vote of all of, the Qouncilmen present.
