Minutes of the last regular meeting, June 7, last, read
and approved.
Clerks report, 'treasurers report and Budget report for Mo.

of May was presented and filed.
Comunications read from the N.P.Ry.Co. , Dept. of Labor ,
City of Renton and Dept. of Conservation. The Mayor & Clerk
were authorized to sign supplement to Lease with the N.P.Ry. ,
changing description to alow P.S.P.& L.Co. to set guy wires
at north end of park.
The Clerk was , upon motion, directed to notify the Dept.
of Conservation that the City of Kent had no further interest
in Lake Sawyer as a water right,but that they were still int-
erested in what ever rights they may have in Rock Creek.
The Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign deed to Chas .
Bolle for lots la & 20, Blk. 5, N.P. Addition, for the $140.00
Councilman Grant Dunbar was anominated and elected Mayor
Pro. Tem. for the two year term, begining.
Mater of powder for the gravel pit was refered to the St.
Committee , with power to act.
