HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Meeting - Council - Minutes - 05/03/1937 155 Kent,, Washington , May 3, 1937• Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , Hardy , Miller , 14aden , Sells & Thompson. Minutes of the last regular meeting, April 19 ,last, was read and approved. Anual report of the Fire Dept. was presented and filed. Comunications were read from the N.P.Ry. Co. , Dr. W. M. Morgan and the Dept. of Highways and filed. Resolution No. 110, creating a Street Yund and transfer- ing Funds , was read and adopted by the unanimous vote of the City Council. Mr. John Truckenbrodt , Supt. of Libby, McNeal plant, pres- ented the question of a Garbage Dump, which was taken under advisement •by the City Council. Mr. Wooden was elected Delegate to the convention of the Association of Washington Cities, to meet at Bellingham, and the sum of $25.00 was appropriated for expenses.
