Kent, Washington, April 5, 1937
Regular meeting of: the City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar, Hardy, Naden, Miller , Sells and
Thompson.
Minutes of the last regular meeting, karch 15, read and
approved.
Upon motion the Mayor and Clerk were directed to sign deeds
to the Cities half of block 6, Clarke Second Addition,for $500.6
Street Committee and the Engineer reported progress on the
establishment of the lines of E. Titus street.
A letter was directed to be sent to the State reguarding
the matter of the Kent-DesMoines-High Line crossing.
Upon motion the question of building a carrier oter the St.
and railroad tracks , from the Oliver Box- Factory to the Hogue
sheds , was refered to the Street Committee and the Engineer with
power to act.

Engineer reported on the progress of the new PWA project.
