Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , Naden Sells and Thompson.
.Minutes of the last regular meeting, December 7th. , last ,
read and approved.
Clerks report , Budget report and Treasurers report , for the
month of November , presented and filed.
Finance Committee recomended the payment of $50.00 to the
Seattle National Bank, of Seattle , for quit claim deed to qui-
et title and upon motion the same was ordered; also the Clerk
was directed to pay the taxes on the same property, the Howl-
ey Tract,and on lot 16, .block 2, Clarks Second Add. to Kent.
Light Committee recomended the installation of 4 new lights
to be placed in the center of the street , on No. Central , bet-
ween Smith street and James street; recomendation adopted abd
the lights ordered installed.
