Finance Committee reported $1100.00 of bonds in L. I. Dist
No. 217, baught for investment, price $550.00, and upon motio
the action of the Finance was ratified.
Upon motion the City Attorney was instructed to investigat

the matter of foreclosure suit and report at next meeting.
Bids opened for Diesel Oil for the City Hall as follows:
City Transfer 6 cents plus tax and Petroleum Fuel Service 6J
cents including tax. Mattes laid over to next meeting for
investigation.
Engineer reported progress on P. W. A. Projects now pend-
ing.
