Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden and Councilmen Barnes, Dunbar, Miller, Naden, Sells & Thompso . Minutes of the meeting of April 20th., last, read and appr - ved, as read. Finance Committee reported $1100.00 of bonds in L. I. Dist No. 217, baught for investment, price $550.00, and upon motio the action of the Finance was ratified. Upon motion the City Attorney was instructed to investigat A the matter of foreclosure suit and report at next meeting. Bids opened for Diesel Oil for the City Hall as follows: City Transfer 6 cents plus tax and Petroleum Fuel Service 6J cents including tax. Mattes laid over to next meeting for investigation.
