Kent , Washington, March 16 , 1936
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Hardy, Miller , Naden, Sells & Thompson.

Clerk's `report, Treas. report and Budget Report for the
Month of February, presented and filed.
Upon motion the Council decided to take $225 for lot 7,
Block 4, Clarks Second Add. to Kent.
Police & License Committee reported, recomending that Pin
Ball games be not licensed and upon motion the recomendation
of the Committee was adopted.
Water Committee reported that they ,had accepted the bid of
the Universal Pipe for the new water mains.
Comunication from the Cities Electric Cole read and filed.
Comunication read from the Fire Lept. and upon motion two
new Hydrants were ordered installed on First, between Meeker
and Slhinxi- Streets. .
The Council, upon motion and unanimous vote , ordered the
old wood walk on North Hazel Street torn up and disposed of
as being dangerous and a hazard to the public.
The old bell . on the roof of the City Hall Building was
ordered taken down and disposed of.
The Engineer was instructed to procure an map for water
and sewer records.

ordered paid as soon as they arive.
