Regular meeting of the City Council; present I ayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , hardy , ?,iiller ,, Iladen, Sells
and Thompson.
Yinutes of tl)e rieetirig of February 3 , la:;t , read and appro-
ved .
Clerks Report , Treasurers ateport , Labrairain Report and the
Budget Report presented and filed.
Water and Street Committies reported progress on work ref-
ered to them at the last meeting.
Engineer . repoxted the cost estimate of renewing water mains
on First , from Meeker to Shinn and on •Teeker to Railroad , undo
the N. P. Tracks , as approx. $3121. 00 and upon motion bids vrer
ordered called for the pipe and material and to proceed with
work as outlined .
RESOLUTION NO. 104, requesting the CounTy. to drain the west
part of the City , was read and adopted , unanimously.
Finance Committee and the City Attorney were , upon motion ,
instructed to proceed with foreclosure proceedings on delin-
qtient property, in severial Local Improvement Districts,
