-Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , T�Jiller , Naden, Sells & Thompson.
Librian Annual Report presented and filed.
Finance instructed to continue the investigation of Car and
Truck insurance .
Street Committee reported progress on street work.
Matter of Drain Franchise from the County refered to the
Drainage Committee and City Engineer for investigation.
Ordinance No. 672, �iepealing Ordinance No. 671 , Bakery Lic-
ence , Was presented , read and upon motion placed upon its final
passage and carried by the following vote , Councilmen Dunbar ,
I-Tiller , Sells and Thompson voting "Aye" and Councilmen Barnes
and Naden Voting "Nay" .
:Resolution No. 104, Dirverting Gas Tax Money , v!as read and
laid to next meeting for action.
Engineer and the Water Committee were instructed to prepare
for the renewal of water pipe form south side of Maaker St. to
the north side of Shinn St. on First as soon as practitable.
