Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen , Barnes , Dunbar , Miller , Naden, Sells and Thcmp
son.
Minutes of January 6th. , last , read and approved.
Clerks report and the Treasurers report- for the month of
December presented and filed.
Drainage Committee reported progreds on drainage question.
Comunication .from Mr . John Holland, in reguard to insuranc
on the City Trucks and Cars , read and refered to the Finance
Committee , with power to act.
Committee from the P.T.A. spoke to the Council in reguard
to play grounds for the schools; matter refered to the Finance
Committee with power to act.
Engineer reported on the E. Titus Street surveying.
Upon motion the Engineer was instructed to proceed with
the building of the bridge across Mill Creek , on James Street.
