Regular meeting of the City Council; Present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar , Miller , leaden, Sells & �Rx

Minutes of the meeting of November 4, last , read and appro
ved, as read.

Clerks report , Treasurers .report and the Budget report for
the month of October , presented and filed.
Ordinance No. 670, vacating the north end of State Street,
was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and
carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen presen .
Building Committee reported the contract for the enlarge-
ment of the Fire Truck room was awarded to F. A. Straub for
the sum of $245. 00, and upon motion the action of the Committ-
ee was approved and the Mayor and Clerk was authorized to sig
the contract.
A proposed ordinance , licening Bakeries and Bakery Trucks ,
was read and refered to the License Committee for investigati n.
