Comunications read from Dept. of Highways and Mayor of Aub-
urn and filed.
Police Committee reported progress on colections of Police
Court fines.
At the request of the Fire Dept. W. A. Dahlgreen was made
a regular member of the Fire Dept.
Offer of Geo. 0. Hallock of $25.00 for , the old Maxwell Fire
Truck was , upon motion, accepted..

Upon recomendation of the Sewer Committee and the Engineer
.the Accorace &. Coluccio Trunk Sevier Contract was accepted.
The Engineer was directed to make plans and call for bids
for the extention :of the Fire Truck Room and the letting of
the contract was ref ered to the Building Committee , with power
to act.
