Special meeting of the City Council. ,- called for the purpos
of aportioning the gas tax money to be received from the State .
i3ESOLUTION N0, 100 was read and adpoted as follows: �
MAMAS, the State Director of Highways has required that
the City Council shall by resolution designate the percentage
of monies to be received by the City under the provisions of
Chapter 111 , Laws of 1935, that will be used for construction
and maintenance , ?dow, Therefore ,
J3E IT AR'SOLVI,ll BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT ,
AS FOLLOWS:
That of the money to be received by the City of
Kent , under the provisions of (3ha ter 111 , .Lav✓s of 1935, the
City will expend !p2056.68 or 60 op) sixty per cent . .for street
maintenance ,, and 1371 .12 : or �40�) fourty Per Cent . for street
Construction.

Upon motion, duly made , seconded and carried, the City
Clerk was designated as Deputy 'Treasurer and authorized to
sign receipts and papers as such.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion,
did then adjurn,
