Minutes of the meeting of April 1 , last , read and Approved.
Clerks Report , Treasurers report and the Budget report for
the month of March, last , presented and filed.
Engineer reported the cost of the sewer in alley back of
Laundry to be about $56.00. and the matter was refered to the
Sewer Committee for investigation and report.
Application for change of license at 215 E. Meeker street
from L. Cock to Frank Childs was read, approved by the Mancs
Committee and granted. is ns
Statement for back taxes on the Canyon Park Property, $48.45
was read and ordered paid.
Ordinance No. 662 , amending Ordinance No . 661 , - providing
for the - issuance of Water Utility refunding Bonds , was read
and upon motion placed- upon its final passage and carried by
the unanimous of all of the Councilmen present.
Upon motion bids for the labor on replacing of about 3200
ft. of 4" wood pipe was ordered called for .
