Anual report of the Free Public Library presented & filed.
The Mayor and Clerk were directed to sign deed to the So.
35 ft. of lot 4, block 3, Yeslers First Add. conveying the
seine back to the owner for the sum of $86 ,12, costs , interest
and penalities,
The Engineer reported on the draining of Second & Willis ,
and he was directed to prepay a program for the new Public
71orks Project .
