Minutes of the meeting of December 17th. ,last , read and
approved.

Anual report of tae Fire Department read and filed.
Uotice and resolution in relation to the part: deed of the
C. 11. P. Co . , .read acid ordered served upon the company L filed
A. petition for a transfer of license from Davidson Brothers
to Lawrence & Cavanaugh was read and upon motion granted.
Drainage Committee reported drain on State Street finished
and working good.
It��atter of drain at Ivieeker and Guiberson and at Second and
Saar streets rcfered :to the Drg. Corrniiittee , with power to act .
Uhon motion a notice was ordered to be sent to Tjlrs TJZorrill
to have walk fixed nera Theatre and tax the Street Committee
was ,diected to have walls fixed at Smith and J_asorl.
The Street Committee were directed to ,prepare a program for
street improvement 'in conjunction v.,,i tli the 771i�A.
