Regular Meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Dunbar , Hardy, Naden, Miller , Sells & Wooden.
j Minutes of the meeting of Oct . 1 , last , read and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report and the Budget report for
the month of September presented and filed.
Upon motion the Attorney was 'directed to get quitclaim deeds
to the Canyon Park property.

Upon motion Mr. 71. J. Bouldron was granted permission to run
a lateral sewer line along the alley through block D,` of Crows
First Addition and across Willis Street and conect and conect
with the Cities lateral sewer on North side of Willis Street.
Upon motion a deed was ordered issued to the Taylor Estate
for lots 1 & 2, block 4 of Clarks First Add. for the sum of
$48,32, and the Mayor & Clerk were directed to sighn the same.
Matter of light on E. Smith Street and at Railroad and Gowe
streets were refered to the Light Committee.
