Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Bouch-
er and Councilmen Dunbar , -Dunn, Miller and Naden.
Minutes of the meeting of August 20, .last , read and ap-
proved.
Comunications read- from C.M.& St.P. Ry. Co. and Mr. and
Mrs. Baldwin and filed.
Resolution of the Garden Club read and filed and a Petti-
tion from property owners on E. Titus Street , requesting a
survey of the street , was read and upon motion the same was
granted provided the property owners paid one half of the
cost.
A vote of thanks was extended to the Fire Dept . for their
work in putting up the street signs.
' Mr . John Holland's plan and offer for the insurance of
the City Hall Buildings was upon motion accepted.
The tentative budget for the year 1935 was adopted and
ordered printed.
