Kent , Washington, May 21 , 1934.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Dunn, Hardy , Miller , Naden , Sells & Wooden.
Minutes of May 7th. last , read and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report & Budget report for the
month of April , presented and filed.
Drainage Committee reported the Hazel street drain finish-
ed , at a cost of approx. ' $70.00.
Upon motion the Y,"aller -0rothers were given the job of wash
i ng the windows of the upper floor of the City Hall .
A comunication from the Assn. of Washington Cities was
read and upon motion tabled.
Mons Rod reported on his trip to the dater Works Conven-
tion in Eugene Oregon.
Matter of Street Signs was , upon motion, refered to the
Street Committee , to investigate and report,
Upon motion a pipe pole was ordered placed at Meeker St .
and Central Avenue for Trafic Light.
Upon motion the City Council recomends that the Park
Board have the Band Stand repared and painted.
