Minutes of the Meeting of February 5th. , last , read and
approved.
Clerks report, Treasurers Keport and the Budget eeport for
January, presented and filed. ■
reques of the Thornton Garage to install a Curb Pump , was
read and upon motion the request was denied,
Comunications read from the C. M. & St. P. Ry. Co. , refer-
ance to signal at crossing and their proposal was accepted
as satisfactory to the City.
Comunication from the Washington Association of Cities
read and filed.

Ordinance No. 652 , repealing truck licensing ordinance no.
646, read and upon.motion placed upon its finea passage and
carried by the unanimous vote of All of the Councilmen presents
