Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
& Councilmen Dunbar, Dunn, Miller, Naden , Sells & Wooden.

Minutes of the meeting of January 2nd. , last, were read
and approved.
Clerks report and the Treasurers report for the month of
December, were presented and filed.
City Attorney reported on the "Business Tax" matter , noth-
ing could be done at peesent.
Upon motion Chris bloe was given permission on to cut Dead
trees on city
property.
Comunication and claim for damages was read, from Mrs.
Cecilia K. Patten, and refered to the City Attorney.
Upon motion the Clerk was directed to request the XXX C. M.
and St Paul Railway Co. to install a red light on the signal
at the Meeker Street crossing.
