Regular meeting of the 'City Council; present Mayor Boucher and Councilmen Dunbar, Hardy, N:iller, I+aden, Sells & Wooden. Minutes of the meeting of December 18, last, read and apprc ved as read. Fire Department presented their annual report, which was and filed. Bids for fuel oil for the coming year were opened from the City Transfer and from the Petrolenum Service Fuel Corp; both bids being the same the contract was awarded to the Petrolenu Service Fuel Corp. for the sum of .056 mix. per gallon. Bids were opened fro hawling pipe as follows: Sipe .025 pe .foot; Chadwick .0227 per foot; Creager .025 per foot and the City Transfer for .02 per foot. Upon motion the contract was awarded to the City Transfer for .02 per foot to the amount o pipe desired by the City. 1.1atter of drainage in the Naden Addition was refered to th Drainage Committee., with power to act.
